FUNdamentals
FUNdamentals teaches girls the essentials of athletic skill and movement through science-based, age-appropriate training. We focus on building physical fitness, confidence, and life skills. We also emphasize teamwork and positive self-talk in a fun, supportive environment. Set her up for success in sports—and in life!
Friday Fun Days- Summer FUNdamentals
Friday Fun Day allows her to enjoy the outdoors in an active
environment. Designed for elementary school-aged girls, our half day
camp focuses on games, movement, and outdoor fun.
*Please pack a healthy lunch and water bottle, sunscreen applied, and come dressed in athletic clothes and shoes.
Lift Lab
Our Science-based, age and skill appropriate training is created and taught by certified trainers and coaches. We teach girls the foundations of strength training and conditioning. This training is to prepare them for training on their own and/or complementing their current athletic programs. We focus on building a strong foundation of physical fitness, and life skills including:
- Proper technique and Form for strength training
- Balance
- Jumping and Footwork
- Safe and effective Use of Cardio Equipment (No treadmills or Stair climbers on site)
- Teamwork
- Collaboration
- Positive Self-Talk
- overcoming challenges
As fitness professionals, we deliver on individual needs of each participant in a supportive group environment. We will never deliver a one-size-fits-all training model. This is especially true when it comes to the incorporation of weight lifting and complex movements.
Athletic Edge: Elevate Her Game
Athletic Edge is a high-energy camp that prepares athletes for tryouts by building speed, agility, coordination, power, and resilience. Through dynamic drills and expert coaching, we also teach essential skills like attitude, work ethic, communication, and responding to feedback—helping her excel on and off the field. Perfect for girls aiming to gain a competitive edge, build confidence, and stand out to coaches!
